Facebook-Pixel

We use the Facebook pixel of the social network Facebook on our website. We have implemented a code for this on our website. To explain the Facebook pixel: This is a JavaScript code that loads various functions that enable Facebook to track your user actions if you have reached our website via Facebook adverts. For example, if you purchase a product from us, the Facebook pixel implemented by us is triggered and your action is saved on our website using one or more cookies. This enables Facebook to compare your user data with data from your Facebook account. It is important to note that Facebook deletes this data afterwards. As Monolar GmbH, we cannot view this data beyond this, but we can use it for Facebook adverts. The data collected with the help of the Facebook pixel is anonymous to us. If you are a Facebook user and are logged in via your device, your visit to our website is automatically assigned to your account.

The Facebook pixel enables us to better tailor our adverts to your needs. Facebook users are shown adverts that match their interests or are relevant to them. To do this, users must allow Facebook to display personalised advertising. Facebook also uses this data itself: for its own adverts and analysis purposes.

You have the option of agreeing to or rejecting the collection of data using the Facebook pixel in our cookie consent.

If you are logged in to Facebook, you can edit your settings regarding adverts under this link: https://www.facebook.com/adpreferences/advertisers/
