Shipping costs & duration

For the period from April 15 to April 28, 2024 we offer free worldwide shipping. After that, the regular shipping costs apply, which can be found below.

As we work with independent transport service providers, we reserve the right to cancel orders from crisis areas worldwide to which our transport service providers are not delivering at the time of the order. We kindly ask for your understanding.
In principle, the statutory cancellation policy also applies here. The regulations below are not a mandatory requirement for the effective exercise of the right of cancellation.

Returns

Right of revocation
You have the right to cancel the purchase contract within thirty days without giving any reason. The revocation period is fourteen (14) days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of revocation, you must inform us (Monolar GmbH, Bagelstr. 117, 40479 Düsseldorf, Deutschland, yourorder@monolar.eu, Telefon: +49 211 60 63 15 85) of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You can use the sample cancellation form below, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the revocation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of revocation before the revocation period expires.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE RIGHT OF REVOCATION DOES NOT APPLY TO PERSONALISED ITEMS.
PERSONALISED ITEMS CANNOT BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED.

Consequences of revocation
If you revoke this contract, we must refund all payments that we have received from you (excluding shipping costs) immediately and at the latest within thirty days from the day on which we receive notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may refuse to refund you until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return or hand over the goods to Monolar GmbH, Bagelstr. 117, 40479 Düsseldorf, Germany, immediately and in any case within fourteen (14) days at the latest from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the period of fourteen (14) days has expired.

Return in store
Returns are also possible at our flagship store (monolar.studio, Bagelstr. 17, 40479 Düsseldorf, Germany). You can visit our flagship store within 30 days of the date of purchase and use the delivery note included in the parcel to return the product. Please note our opening hours or book an appointment.
Return costs regulation
We shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods if the return is made within Germany.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs from abroad.
If you wish to return an item from a non-EU country, please contact us. In this case, you must print out the invoice for your order in triplicate and attach it clearly visible in a transparent film to the outside of your parcel. Please also write “RETURN SHIPMENT” clearly visible on it.

Return labels
Without affecting your statutory rights, we will provide you with free return labels for your returns within Germany. To receive the return label, please contact us by e-mail at the following e-mail address: yourorder@monolar.eu
You can hand in your return to a parcel shop of the respective provider in Germany.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to unnecessary or improper handling of the goods in order to check their condition, properties and functionality. As soon as we have received and checked your return, the amount will be credited to you within 30 days. For the refund, we will use the same means of payment that you selected when you placed your order.
The right of revocation does not apply to the following contracts:
Contracts for the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
