You can have appreciation for other people and you can have appreciation for the experiences you have had in your life. Maybe you have people in your life that you like, be grateful for that. Be appreciative of the fact that you have loving people in your life. Maybe you have a bag that you love, that you take with you regularly, that accompanies you on your way, for that too it is good, so from within, to feel a gratitude, to have an appreciation. Maybe you live in a beautiful area, near a park or directly in nature, it is good to show appreciation for that. Become aware of what surrounds you, select, choose wisely, value. This awareness of appreciation is our connection.
